The beach house
Built by hand by Alberto, the owner, from precious woods. A wave-free beach on the Golfo Dulce at the end of the garden: you can swim every morning. The house has three bedrooms with queen beds and air conditioning, three bathrooms, a large open kitchen, a living room and a covered terrace with hammocks. A cabin next to the house can host two more people.

Wildlife & garden
Nature at your door
Scarlet macaws, toucans, sloths, monkeys and dolphins live around the house. The garden gives bananas, papayas, limes and water apples, and the owners share them with guests.

Playa Blanca, La Palma, on the Golfo Dulce, a few minutes from Puerto Jiménez on the Osa Peninsula. Corcovado National Park is about 40 minutes away.

Yes. The house has Starlink satellite internet: 334 Mbps download and 20.66 Mbps upload, measured at the house.
What is the minimum stay?
7 nights. From 28 nights the monthly rate applies; shorter stays start at $150 per night ($450 per night from December 20 to January 5 and during Holy Week).
Do I pay before availability is confirmed?
No. The owner confirms first. Then you pay a deposit of one month's rent by Wise.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome.
How many people can stay?
6 in the house, and 8 with the cabin next to it (+$800/month). In low season, a second cabin may be free, to host up to ten people.
Is electricity included?
Yes, up to $100 per month. Above that, the difference is paid by the guest.
Is the beach safe for swimming?
Yes. The Golfo Dulce is protected, the water is calm and warm, without big waves.
Is the neighborhood safe?
Yes, the neighborhood is very safe.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Yes, the water is drinkable and of very good quality.
