The booking form
The name, email, dates, guests and message you type stay in your browser. They are used to prepare a WhatsApp message, which you choose to send or not. The website does not store them and does not send them to any server.
If you send the message, it reaches the owner's WhatsApp.
Data used for your booking
The information you send us (name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, guests, messages) is used only to answer your request, organize your stay and meet our legal obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising.
It is kept as long as needed for your stay and for accounting obligations, then deleted. The deposit is paid through Wise, which processes your payment data under its own policy.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no cookies, no analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) and no advertising pixel.
Technical services
- Hosting: the website is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical connection data to display the pages and protect the website.
- Fonts: they are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
- Calendar: the website reads the house's Airbnb calendar to show booked dates. This calendar contains no data about you.
- External links: WhatsApp, Wise, Airbnb and Google Maps apply their own privacy policies when you use them.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing on WhatsApp to +506 8858 9508. These rights are provided by Costa Rican Law No. 8968 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, by the GDPR.
