Who we are
SÄBI CASA is a beachfront rental house in Playa Blanca, La Palma, Puerto Jiménez (Puntarenas, Costa Rica). It is rented directly by its owner, Alberto, who lives on the property. Contact: WhatsApp +506 8858 9508.
Information and prices
Descriptions, photos and prices are given in good faith and may change. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
The estimate calculated on the website is for information only: only the price confirmed in writing by the owner is binding. The 10% discount applies to bookings made directly from this website.
Booking request and confirmation
The “Ask for your dates” form prepares a WhatsApp message: it does not create a booking. A booking is concluded only when:
- the owner has confirmed availability and price in writing;
- then the agreed deposit (usually one month's rent) has been received by Wise transfer.
No payment is requested before this confirmation. The balance and its due dates are agreed in writing with the owner.
Cancellation
The cancellation and deposit refund conditions are given to you in writing by the owner before any payment. They are part of the booking agreement.
During your stay
- Minimum stay: 7 nights.
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out before 11 am, unless agreed otherwise with the owner.
- Capacity: 6 guests in the house, 8 with the cabin. The number of guests may not exceed the number agreed.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome. Their owners are responsible for their behavior and any damage.
- Electricity is included up to $100 per month; above that, the difference is paid by the guest.
- Guests take good care of the house and are responsible for any damage they cause.
Availability
The website calendar is updated automatically from the house's Airbnb calendar. A short delay is possible: availability is always confirmed by the owner.
Links to other services
The website links to WhatsApp, Wise, Airbnb and Google Maps. These services have their own terms, for which SÄBI CASA is not responsible.
Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to SÄBI CASA. Any reuse without written permission is prohibited. Quoted reviews come from Airbnb and remain the property of their authors.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it at all times. SÄBI CASA cannot be held liable for an error on the website, an interruption, or the operation of third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. In case of disagreement, we will first look for an amicable solution.
Changes
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your request.
